These issues have now been resolved. We will continue to monitor and troubleshoot any further issues as they arise.
Due to technical issues beyond our control we are currently experiencing issues with our school phone lines and access to the internet on-site. We are currently working with our provider to get this issue resolved.

08:17am - We are currently looking into an internet issue due to loss of connection onsite via our CityFibre line. We are currently working with our provider to get this resolved as soon as possible. Because of this staff onsite wont be able to access any web based platforms including Microsoft Teams or use the phone system. We will update when we know more.
Our main phone system is currently down due to the outage so please contact our main reception email if you have any enquiries - email@example.com
09:11am - We now have restored internal internet access meaning all staff and pupils onsite are able to connect out to the internet and access the Teams platform. We are still experiencing issues with our onsite phone system and are working to get this resolved as soon as possible.
10:15am - We have received an update from our broadband provider informing us that the school broadband is currently restored on a partial limited service meaning that onsite connections are working but running slowly. We are also currently seeing issues with students connecting back to site via the All Saints VPN. We are waiting for a further update and will aim to get provisions in place as soon as possible.
11:16am - All of our systems have come back online and everything seems to be fully operational again. We will continue to monitor and troubleshoot any further issues that may arise. Should you have any questions please email - firstname.lastname@example.org
